Portola Place Apartment Homes Brochure

This is a custom brochure designed for the Premier Collection of properties at Irvine Company Apartment Communities. At the time, Portola Place was a brand new community and the Marketing Department wanted to launch with a different brochure than what was currently being used for the other Premier properties. The contents had similar elements, but the cover, images, logo treatment, and layout were all specific to this new Lease-up community.
